Stainless Steel Surface Cleaner

The Stainless Steel Surface Cleaner is a large-area surface cleaning attachment for high-pressure washers. Its dual-nozzle rotating boom extends cleaning coverage and is suitable for concrete, stone, tile, driveways, parking lots, and factory floors.

 

 

 

 

High-Pressure Inlet: High-pressure water enters the rotating assembly through the inlet.

 

Rotary Spray: Dual nozzles utilize the reaction force of the water flow to drive the spray bar, creating a continuous cleaning path.

 

Surface Cleaning: The operator moves the equipment, and the rotating water flow continuously washes the target surface.
 

 

Commercial Cleaning: Suitable for parking lots, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, and public areas.

 

Industrial Cleaning: Suitable for factories, warehouses, loading docks, and hard surfaces in workshops.

 

Residential & Contract Cleaning: Suitable for driveways, patios, garages, sidewalks, and poolside areas.

 

Suitable Surfaces: Suitable for concrete, stone, tile, and other hard surfaces resistant to high-pressure water flow.

 

 

Pressure & Flow: Recommended pressure washer with 2000–4000 PSI and 3.0–8.0 GPM. Do not exceed the maximum pressure of 4500 PSI.

 

Connection: Standard 1/4" Quick Connect, M22 and other adapters available.

 

Hot & Cold Water: Hot and cold water compatible solutions available upon final configuration; maximum water temperature subject to confirmation.

 

 

Material Inspection: Incoming stainless steel materials undergo material and appearance inspection according to purchase specifications.

 

Precision Machining: Rotary joints and key components are machined to controlled dimensions, with a focus on sealing and rotational fit.

 

Assembly Inspection: Inspect spray bar, nozzle, rotating components, interfaces, and sealing structure.

 

Pressure & Leakage Test: Finished products undergo pressure and sealing tests according to internal testing standards.

 

Final Inspection: Inspect appearance, function, accessories, labeling, and packaging before shipment.

 

 

Product Configuration: Cleaning width, main body structure, handle, and some accessory configurations can be customized.

 

Connection & Nozzle: Nozzles and connections can be adjusted according to the pressure, flow rate, and interface of the high-pressure washer.

 

Branding: Customization of logos, labels, color boxes, cartons, and shipping marks is supported.
